1.

Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on March 19, 2026, and the special called meeting held on March 17, 2026, subject to any necessary corrections.

Approve the issuance of a Letter of Approval for a three-day non-profit special event permit to the Georgia Narcotics Officers’ Association Inc. (GNOA) to allow the serving of donated alcohol at the King & Prince Hotel for consumption on premises and not for resale during the GNOA’s convention August 25, 2026, through August 28, 2026.

Approve the Memorandum of Agreement between the Glynn County Board of Commissioners and the Georgia Department of Transportation, allowing Public Works to dredge material from the East River, Brunswick River, and Turtle River.

Approve the fee schedule for the Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Training Course offered by Glynn County Environmental Health, set at the minimum rate established by the certifying organization (currently $390), as requested by the Department of Public Health and pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 31-3-4(a)(6).

Approve the Contract and authorize the issuance of a purchase order to Ten-8 Fire and Safety for an Aerial Apparatus utilizing a Cooperative Purchasing Contract exemption (NPP.GOV #PS20240) in the amount of $1,917,746 with funding to be provided by the Fire Protection District Fund balance and to be reimbursed with SPLOST 2022 Tier 2 funding.

Approve the final agreement with Motorola Solutions for the purchase of AXS Radio Consoles, in the amount of $1,779,497, utilizing a Georgia State Contract Exemption, with funding provided by the Glynn County Capital Projects Fund and costs proportionally allocated among the participating agencies of the Joint Public Safety Communications Department (JPSCD), and ratify the issuance of a purchase order, following final review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and final negotiated terms.

Approve an agreement and authorize the issuance of a purchase order with Moffatt & Nichol for engineering services for the East Beach Boardwalks Project, utilizing a professional services exemption, in the amount of $146,960 with funding to be provided by the FY26 Multi-Year Capital Projects Fund.
